Yes, a one-time digitizing fee applies for new designs. Once digitized, there is no fee for repeat orders.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
We have thousands of Madeira thread colors and can get very close to Pantone matches. We work with you to find the best match.
What is 3D puff embroidery?
3D puff uses foam underneath the stitching to create a raised, dimensional effect. Very popular on hats and gives logos a premium look.
Do you supply blank garments?
Yes — we can source hats, polos, jackets, and bags from our wholesale suppliers, or you can supply your own blanks.
