DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. Your design is printed onto a special film, then heat-pressed onto the garment. It produces vibrant, full-color results with no minimums and works on any fabric color.
HOW IS DTF DIFFERENT FROM SCREEN PRINTING?
Screen printing uses physical screens and is best for large quantities of simple designs. DTF excels at small quantities, photographic designs, and orders where you need multiple different designs.
DOES DTF PRINTING LAST?
Yes — DTF transfers are rated for 50+ wash cycles when applied correctly. Wash inside-out in cold water and avoid high heat in the dryer.
CAN I ORDER JUST THE TRANSFERS WITHOUT GARMENTS?
Yes — we sell DTF transfers only. You or your customers can apply them with a heat press. Great for decorators and small shops.
WHAT FILE FORMAT SHOULD I SEND?
PNG with a transparent background is ideal. We also accept PDF and AI files. Minimum 300 DPI for best results.
